Carbon Quantum Dots (CQD)

Carbon Quantum Dots are semiconductor particles with spherical morphology and diameter less than 10 nm. Carbon Quantum Dots have excellent luminescence and electronic properties.

They have low toxicity and good biocompatibility which makes CQDs an excellent material for biomedical applications. CQDs have broad excitation spectrum that makes them diverse. 

Applications of Carbon Quantum Dots

Due to their optical, electrical and biological properties Carbon Quantum Dots are used in:
