MSK-AFA-II-VC is a CE Certified Large Automatic Film Coater with vacuum chuck specifically engineered to produce films with consistent thickness and superior surface quality. It features a unique, precision driving system designed to produce a smooth coating on all types of materials, eliminating the irregularities of manual application. The system is equipped with a built-in aluminum alloy flat vacuum chuck to securely hold substrate sheets in place, which is particularly critical when coating on thin substrates or performing uniform tape casting. For immediate operation, the machine includes one 100mm micrometer adjustable applicator. The integrated heating system, mounted on the top cover, allows for controlled drying up to 200°C with a digital controller, making it a comprehensive solution for advanced material research.
