High Speed Homogenizer is a high-performance instrument engineered for precise mixing, dispersion, and emulsification processes in laboratory environments. Its operating principle is based on a specially designed high-precision rotor and stator system that maintains a stable and narrow gap. When rotating at high speeds, the relative movement between the rotor and stator carries out high-frequency reciprocal shearing of materials within the chamber, resulting in perfectly homogenized and stable final products.
Stepless speed control and a torque display enhance the operator's control over the sample, while real-time data is easily monitored via an integrated LCD display. The durability of the instrument is guaranteed by using SS304 stainless steel for contact parts and high-corrosion-resistant PTFE (Teflon) for the shaft sleeve. This robust construction allows the device to operate safely at working temperatures up to 120°C.
It is suitable for a wide range of R&D applications, including cosmetics, daily chemicals, paint, paper pulp, emulsified asphalt, and water treatment. With the 12G and 18G working heads included in the standard package, the unit provides immediate operational flexibility for processing volumes from 5 ml to 2,000 ml. For specialized projects requiring larger volumes or higher viscosities, optional working heads are available to meet specific requirements.
