Description
Cd-based QLED Quantum Dots 625 nm
Cd-based QLED Quantum Dots, engineered for a peak emission at 625 nm, provide the highest level of electroluminescent performance for advanced display architectures. These nanocrystals are designed with a gradient core-shell structure to virtually eliminate surface defects, resulting in near-unity quantum yields and exceptional photothermal stability. When integrated into a device stack using our specialized ZnMgO nanoparticle solution, these dots facilitate an optimized Electron Transport Layer (ETL) that balances charge carrier injection and minimizes energy loss at the heterojunction. The high transparency and tuned work function of the ZnMgO layer, combined with the superior absorption cross-section of our Cd-based QDs, ensure ultra-bright, flicker-free performance and a significantly longer device half-life.
