Carbon nanoparticles are particles that are nanosized carbon elements. They are formed with the help of different methods such as heating, grinding, carbonization, and activation. However, they have several uses such as these particles are used in the heat conductivity, and electrical conductivity, so they are good conductor but low toxic in nature. Additionally, they are not harmless, so they are environmentally friendly. These carbon nanoparticles are biocompatible material because the human body is also made of carbon. Apart from this, these particles have good electric conductivity with a linear geometry, and high surface areas make them accessible to the electrolyte. Similarly, these carbon-based nanoparticles have an anisotropic thermal conductivity which allows them to be used in the advance field of computing electronics. Besides, these particles are also used on a large scale in bioimaging and drug and gene delivery.
