Product Overview of CNT Conductive Masterbatch for Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), CNT Content: 15 wt.%

This conductive masterbatch contains 15 wt.% carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and is designed to bring antistatic and electrically conductive properties to acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS)-based products. It combines CNT technology with a convenient concentrate format for incorporation into ABS formulations. By varying the proportion of masterbatch added to the final polymer blend, manufacturers can develop formulations targeting different surface resistance levels for applications ranging from electronic packaging to conductive industrial components.

Applications of CNT Conductive Masterbatch for Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), CNT Content: 15 wt.%

  • Antistatic and Conductive Packaging: Incorporated into LLDPE formulations for packaging films, bags, and pouches requiring static dissipation or electrical conductivity.
  • Electronic Component Packaging: Used in the development of LLDPE packaging materials intended to help control electrostatic charge during the handling, storage, and transportation of electronic components.
  • Industrial Liners and Protective Films: Added to LLDPE formulations for liners, covers, and protective films where reduced static charge accumulation is desired.
  • Conductive Sheets and Polymer Compounds: Used to develop LLDPE-based sheets and customized compounds with electrical properties tailored by adjusting the proportion of masterbatch added to the final polymer blend.
