Product Overview of CNT Conductive Masterbatch for Polypropylene (PP), CNT Content: 20 wt.%
This conductive masterbatch contains 20 wt.% carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and is designed to bring antistatic and electrically conductive properties to polypropylene (PP)-based products. It combines CNT technology with a convenient concentrate format for incorporation into PP formulations. By varying the proportion of masterbatch added to the final polymer blend, manufacturers can develop formulations targeting different surface resistance levels for applications ranging from static-dissipative packaging to conductive industrial materials.

Applications of CNT Conductive Masterbatch for Polypropylene (PP), CNT Content: 20 wt.%
- Electronic Packaging: Incorporated into PP formulations for packaging materials requiring electrostatic charge dissipation during the handling, storage, and transportation of electronic components.
- Industrial ESD Materials: Used in the development of PP-based materials requiring controlled surface resistance to help manage static charge accumulation.
- Antistatic Films and Sheets: Added to PP formulations for films and sheets requiring static-dissipative or electrically conductive properties.
- Automotive Applications: Used to develop conductive PP compounds for automotive applications where electrostatic charge control is required.
- Conductive Chemical Packaging: Incorporated into PP packaging formulations where electrical conductivity is required alongside the selected polymer’s chemical compatibility.
