Carbon Ink (100–180 °C, < 3 kΩ/sqr)

Carbon ink is formulated for inkjet and similar deposition techniques, offering a viscosity of 5 cP (0.005 Pa·s) that ensures smooth jetting and uniform film formation. It cures at 100 °C to 180 °C to deliver a low sheet resistance below 3 kΩ/sqr, while maintaining excellent flexibility and adhesion on substrates including PET, PI, TPU, and paper. The ink exhibits robust chemical and mechanical stability after curing, making it ideal for high-performance printed electronic components that demand reliable conductivity, bend endurance, and compatibility with standard flexible-circuit manufacturing processes.

Technical Properties:

Electrical Conductivity <3 kΩ/sqr @ 2-3 μm
Viscosity (Uncured) 0.005 Pa.s (5 cP) @ 50 s^-1
Curing Temperature 3h @ 100-180°C
Deposition Method Inkjet Printing
Sheet Resistance  2655 Ω/sq
Film Thickness 2-3 μm
