Product Overview of CNT Conductive Masterbatch for Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), CNT Content: 15 wt.%
This conductive masterbatch contains 15 wt.% carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and is designed to bring antistatic and electrically conductive properties to polyethylene terephthalate (PET)-based products. It combines CNT technology with a convenient concentrate format for incorporation into PET formulations. By varying the proportion of masterbatch added to the final polymer blend, manufacturers can develop formulations targeting different surface resistance levels for applications ranging from antistatic films and packaging materials to conductive industrial products.

Applications of CNT Conductive Masterbatch for Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), CNT Content: 15 wt.%
- Antistatic Films and Sheets: Incorporated into PET formulations for films and sheets requiring reduced static charge accumulation or electrically conductive properties.
- Electronic Packaging Materials: Used in the development of PET-based packaging materials intended to help control electrostatic charge during the handling, storage, and transportation of electronic components.
- Conductive Industrial Products: Added to PET formulations for extruded and injection-molded products where controlled electrical resistance is required.
- Functional PET Compounds: Used to develop customized PET compounds with electrical properties tailored by adjusting the proportion of masterbatch added to the final polymer blend.
