Product Overview of CNT Conductive Masterbatch for Polyamide 6 (PA6), CNT Content: 15 wt.%

This conductive masterbatch contains 15 wt.% carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and is designed to bring antistatic and electrically conductive properties to polyamide 6 (PA6)-based products. It combines CNT technology with a convenient concentrate format for incorporation into PA6 formulations. By varying the proportion of masterbatch added to the final polymer blend, manufacturers can develop formulations targeting different surface resistance levels for applications ranging from electronic packaging and handling materials to conductive industrial components.

Applications of CNT Conductive Masterbatch for Polyamide 6 (PA6), CNT Content: 15 wt.%

  • Electrical and Electronic Materials: Incorporated into PA6 formulations for materials requiring antistatic or electrically conductive properties in electrical and electronic applications.
  • Industrial ESD Materials: Used in the development of PA6-based industrial materials where controlled surface resistance helps manage static charge accumulation.
  • Electronic Packaging and Handling Materials: Added to PA6 formulations for packaging and handling applications requiring electrostatic charge control during the storage and transportation of electronic components.
  • Conductive Extruded Products: Used to develop PA6-based extruded materials with electrical properties tailored by adjusting the proportion of masterbatch added to the final polymer blend.
